We invite you to visit our traditional pub in the wonderful village of Greystoke

The Boot and Shoe is a traditional 16th-century country coaching inn offering a great range of cask ales, lagers and beers as well as bed & breakfast. Located on the village green in the beautiful historic village of Greystoke, near Penrith, Cumbria.
It offers a warm welcome with classic pub menus, real ales, homemade food, superb beer garden to rear, overnight stays and regularly hosts live music and quiz nights for all to enjoy.

At The Boot & Shoe you can expect high quality locally sourced food.
We endeavour to use locally sourced meat and vegetables whenever possible.
All of our food is freshly cooked and includes our speciality homemade pies.
We cater for all tastes and also have plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Our lunch menu available during the day and with a full evening menu available too later on. A children’s menu is also available
We also have a separate restaurant area for up to 16 people which is Dog free. Dogs welcome in our main bar, snug and extensive beer garden.
